These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using this website and purchasing from Louise Green Animal Artist, where artwork is sold as prints, greetings cards and original art that has already been completed. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Side Eye Reptile Art
Louise Green Animal Artist is a UK-based small artist business, creating hand drawn animal art and selling animal themed art prints and cards.

2. Products
All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings or print processes.
All prints and cards are externally printed by professional print companies based in the UK and are packaged and shipped by Louise Green Animal Artist.
Products marked as ‘Original Art’ are the original pieces of hand drawn artwork, not prints. Descriptions of the materials used are included on each individual piece.
Each item is created, packaged, and shipped with care. Availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through this website which uses WooCommerce as a sales and payment platform.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Louise Green Animal Artist accepts secure online payments via WooCommerce’s approved payment methods.
You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is complete.
4. Delivery
Orders are packaged and shipped by hand from the UK.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal service. Estimated dispatch time is usually within 2–3 working days.
You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped. Louise Green Animal Artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order and return items for any reason within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To start a return, please contact [email protected] with your order details to request return location details.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.
Custom or personalised items arenon-refundable unless defective.

All artwork, images, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Louise Green Animal Artist
No part of this website or its contents may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Purchasing a print or card does not grant any rights to reproduce or use the artwork commercially.
7. Liability
Louise Green Animal Artist is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of our products, except whererequired by UK law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
