Description

This is an original colour pencil drawing.This beautiful horse was drawn from a photograph that I took of a family members horse. Tyler is a mild mannered horse that stands at 16.1 hands.

I have taken A4 and A3 fine art prints from this piece, but this is the original signed drawing.

The drawing is A4 size so 21cm x 29.7xm (8.3″ x 11.7″) and it is mounted in a high quality acid free, off white mount making the overall size 29.7cm x 42cm (11.7″ x 16.5″). A backboard is also included.

A certificate of authenticity will also be included with this piece to document that it is an original piece.

This piece has been created using Faber Castell Polychromos and Caran D’Ache Luminance colour pencils. These are superior quality artists pencils with high pigment content and great lightfastness. The colours will not fade over time as can be the case with more inferior pencils.
I have drawn this horse on white Pastelmat paper, which is a slightly off white, acid free surface.

Buying as a gift

If you would like to purchase this original horse art as a gift for someone else, it can be sent as a gift to a different delivery address. It can be specially wrapped in tissue and boxed in a ribbon decorated box for a small additional charge. The certificate of authenticity will be sent with it.

I am always happy to create a bespoke piece of artwork for you, based on any animal or pet, from pictures that you may have (as long as you have permission from the original photographer). I create a lot of my artwork from original photographs that I take myself, so that I own the copyright of the original image myself rather than using other peoples images. This means that I can create a truly unique image that has not been drawn by any other artist. There will be prints or other products taken from the original artwork but this is the only original piece.
