Cards, Prints & Original Artwork
You have 14 days from receiving your goods to advise me that you wish to return your goods. You will be entitled to a full refund and do not need to give a reason.
You must notify me if you wish to return an item at [email protected]
You have a further 14 days to return the goods back to me in their unused state, in their original packaging.
You will be liable for the cost of return postage.
Once I have received your item and have checked that it is in the same condition that it was sent, I will arrange a refund within 14 days. Your refund will not include the original postage cost.
If there is any damage to the original product when it is returned, then your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Faulty Goods
Any item that is delivered damaged will be refunded or replaced. You will be required to return the item back to me. On receipt of your damaged item, I will action a full refund or a replacement will be sent to you.
